Some groups teach seminars in various places, so it may be useful to contact them even if they are not located near you.
I haven't studied with all of them, and don't necessarily endorse them, or the therapists who have taken their classes. What they have in common, is that they all teach about trigger points and referred pain. Knowledge of trigger points is essential for anyone treating pain. Pain can be referred from one place in the body to another place. If the therapist treats the wrong place, it's as useless as trying to wipe a movie off a movie screen. They have to find the source of the pain, not just rub where it hurts.
