I gather information about your body by listening, looking, and touching. You mark on a body map your pain, tension, injuries and surgeries. You tell me your current body problems and history. I ask some questions. I look at your postural alignment, cranium, spine, breathing, movement, pelvic tilt, leg length, foot arches, etc. You see in a mirror the misalignments in your posture, cranium, spine, etc. This shows what's causing your pain and tension. Then I fix it. Sessions may also include pain relief information.

1 hour $80, 1½ hour $120. Cash or check.

First massage: 1½ hour if possible. This allows time for thorough evaluation and treatment. After that you choose 1 hour or 1½ hour sessions.
Monday - Friday. By appointment. I alternate between days & evenings, to serve people with different work schedules. Evenings fill up faster.
Men can wear underwear, or a swimsuit. Women can wear bra and underwear, or a two-piece swimsuit.
Don't use caffeine. Don't eat a large meal.
Tense areas have restricted circulation, so toxins accumulate. Toxins may be released by massage. Drink lots of water, and take extra vitamin C. These help eliminate the toxins faster. If you feel fatigued, heavy, or groggy drink a lot more water. If you feel soreness, take more vitamin C. Don't take it all at once, spread the doses out. Meta-C or Ester-C seem to work better, but any kind will help. Get some rest. Stay off caffeine.
Please give 24 hours notice to change or cancel. This allows me to offer that time to someone else. If you cancel on short notice, or if you make an appointment and don't show up, please pay for the time you reserved. This is standard practice for appointment-based services. Exceptions are made for emergencies and extraordinary situations.
